Meditation Classes on Sunday Mornings

with Karla Hassenstein
11:00 - 12:15pm

Prayers for World Peace

In this class we combine teachings and meditations with brief traditional prayers. The act of praying not only connects us to the inspiration of the Buddhas, but to our own pure potential. Focusing our intention through prayer helps us to transform ourselves and our world. This month the teachings will focus on:

Learning to Identify with our Potential

It is difficult for us to identify with our potential and become the person we wish to be because we identify so strongly with our limitations. Through the meditation on the clear nature of the mind we can learn to identify with our potential. This will initiate an extraordinary process of growth and transformation.
