The Confidence to Change

The purpose of practicing Buddhist meditation is to change who we are. Through practice we can let go of painful resentments and compulsions, and instead cultivate love, compassion, and the wisdom of inner peace.

Luis Villalon will guide us in developing insight into our true nature through which we naturally acquire confidence in our potential for transformation. Combining this confidence with Buddhist spiritual practice will enable us to become the person we truly wish to be.
