Buddha’s Guide to Healthy Relationships

Often our relationships do not bring the fulfillment we long for. On the contrary they often give rise to painful and unhealthy emotions and actions. Through training in Buddha’s teachings on love, patience, and compassion, our relationships will become more peaceful, joyful and fulfilling. Everyone welcome.

Shelly Tanner Born in Tasmania, Australia, Shelley moved to the US in 1998 and has been in involved with the New Kadampa Tradition since 2001. In addition to teaching meditation, Shelley is the president of a marketing firm in Manhattan. Through Buddha's teachings, Shelley has been able to merge her spiritual practice with the demands of the corporate world. Shelley is now the teacher of our Wall Street branch.


Buddhist Meditation Classes near Wall Street

Based in the traditions of Kadampa Buddhism, each class is structured to include a teaching, two meditations, a group discussion, and a questions and answers session.

No special clothing is required, and pre-registration is not necessary. This class is a branch of Chakrasambara Buddhist Center in New York.
